In a nutshell, two offers came last night, one was over the list price (by $100), we fished for more from both parties, the original offer stood and we took it.
That's awesome, way to go! June 28th is the perfect closing date as well, I am so glad that it all worked out for you and I can't wait to get you closer to us (insert evil laugh here).
Not sure of the date of our move just yet. Much depends upon what date the daycare in Burlington has 2 vacancies. We're hoping the opening is early July and we move in mid June. Many plans for painting & renovating before we move in. ~Jill
