With any luck, we'll save a buck and sell our Pickering house privately.
If you know anyone who is interested in a gem of a home in Pickering...its close enough to be killed instantly in the event of a nuclear disaster, not like those folks in Burlington who will deal with the slow after effects of radiation...oops nevermind.
