The doc told me the left was the worst, and now I'm feeling it. The right is recovering well, still pretty tender, but at least I can manage walking on it for a short period of time without crutches. The left is another story. Lots of numbness, and lots of pain if I try putting pressure on the pad of my foot like I'm supposed to.

Look Away!
Finally had the bandages removed a week ago and I'm just getting around to posting this lovely shot! Okay, so it doesn't provide the shock factor that my cousin Doug's hand did (I seriously went weak in the knees at THAT one) but I think it explains the pain I'm in. Here we go ...

Nice one!
I wacked my fingers several times with a hammer yesterday and was feeling pretty sorry for myself until I saw your feet.
It'll get better real soon I bet.
