There's a new helper Santa in town this year, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Looking back, I think Ethan had some issues with Santa in 2003, but it's hard to tell.
The more I look at that 03 pic, the more I see how Santa is restraining the lad...
He has his legs pinned with his own, and both arms under control.
I don't think Santa could do that today, as I can't even make an Ethan-ball (bend Ethan into a formerly known as Connor-ball). The boy is freakishly strong.
Now that I've wasted some time waiting for the kids to "really" fall asleep, I will now tend to my duties...
The 2006 Santa is the best of the bunch. I betcha those suits really start to smell bad after the first couple of days. You KNOW that they don't get washes until the end of the season.
I wonder if it's the stench that puts some kids off of the mall Santas.

Fall asleep? We have until midnight it seems....Home Alone just finishing, and Paige is dancing with her bear.
